Nadine B. wanted a kitchen remodeling company in Bethesda, MD, who would act as a partner with her to create her dream kitchen. Before we met Nadine, she had already interviewed eight other contractors who just didn’t fit the bill.
It’s important to find the right remodeling partner for your project. Sometimes, contractors get irritated and develop an attitude with homeowners who ask a lot of questions and do their homework. But we prefer to work for prudent consumers who do their homework and want to be involved in the process. When everyone is on the same page, there is no confusion, fewer change orders, and the jobs finish on time, on budget, and everyone is happy.
We pride ourselves on taking the time to truly understand the customer’s needs and project before beginning the project, and we did that with Nadine’s kitchen remodel. Her home is a very old house that required a lot of tender loving care. We were able to update her kitchen to what she wanted it to be.
Nadine was so pleased with our kitchen remodel project that she hired us to replace two bathrooms: one master bathroom and one basement bathroom. Two months later, Nadine hired us to renovate the full basement. We have enjoyed working with Nadine, and look forward to future remodeling projects in her Bethesda MD home.
