Serious issues like mold and leaks can make for an emergency situation, and can cost even more to fix if not addressed immediately. We recently worked on a home with mold behind the bathroom wall, a leak under the tub, and many other issues. Because the client’s wife was pregnant, time was of the essence to complete the bathroom remodel before the baby was due.

Our team gutted the bathroom to its studs and identified what caused the mold and leak. The leak came from an exterior wall, and we replaced a section of the exterior siding to prevent the leak. Additionally, we replaced some rotten studs and joists and installed new drywall, tub, fixtures, and finishes.
