Handyman work backed by a remodeling contractor
Surdus Remodeling is a licensed Maryland contractor (MHIC #99522) and has been remodeling homes since 2008. If a small repair turns out to be something bigger, such as moisture behind tile or damage behind a wall, you will get an honest assessment of what is really going on rather than a quick cover-up.

Handyman pricing
Handyman work is priced by time, and larger blocks of work cost less per hour.
- Hourly: $125 per hour (one-hour minimum)
- Half day (about 4 hours): $475
- Full day (about 8 hours): $900
