Building a Dream Bathroom

Building a Dream Bathroom

When your bathroom is outdated, you might dream of what you want your bathroom to look like. And you don’t want that dream crushed by a contractor who tells you he can’t deliver. We recently did a bathroom remodel where the client wanted to gut everything and add a soaking tub, remote controlled toilet, and modern look. This client was concerned with the limited bathroom packages offered by other bathroom remodeling contractors, and ultimately chose Surdus because we were flexible and willing to deliver exactly what he wanted.

Creating a Dream Bathroom

Because the client wanted a custom bathroom remodel and not a cookie-cutter bathroom package that other remodelers offer, we were able to follow his exact specifications to create a high-quality bathroom remodel.

Collaborating with the client, we were able to create the bathroom of his dreams. Once hitch that we encountered was when the client requested a recessed shampoo niche on the side of the tub wall. Because there were exterior concrete blocks behind the tile wall, there was no space for this niche. Our solution was to create the niches on the shower/tub faucet wall where there was space. The client was happy with the compromise.

Customer Satisfaction

Our client said he appreciated our attention to detail and deep knowledge of building codes (which the other contractors he interviewed were not familiar with). He had had bad experience with DC remodeling contractors in the past due to high prices, low quality, or simply poor workmanship, and was pleasantly surprised at our suggestions, communication, and end results.
